Gillian Arnwine

I love building relationships and connecting people to the property of their
dreams. This is a true statement. After 23 years living and working in Durango, I
realized real estate is my true passion. I take great pride in understanding my
clients wants and needs in order to make them a reality. My responsibility as a
Realtor is to graciously take you through the real estate transaction as smoothly
as possible. I will never put my own profit over your fiduciary wellbeing and total
satisfaction.

I graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Fine
Art. Both have been instrumental in my real estate career and strong client
relations. From advising clients on price and staging their home for sale, to
communicating and negotiating on their behalf. Working together, I will present
you with the properties available to purchase or all of your options in selling your
home, no surprises.

I am known for total honesty; be assured I don’t let my clients do anything that is
not in their best interest. I take great pride in service; it is the core component of
my real estate business.

Like all of us here in Colorado, I am an outdoor enthusiast and enjoy skiing, biking,
hiking and spending quality time with my family. I enjoy inside too.
