This is the most unique property you will ever consider buying! Built in 1930, this elevator/grain storage facility served Montezuma County's agricultural community for 50 years. It sits on almost an acre right off of Road S. It actually incorporates the historic section of the small town of Arriola, where the east and south side of the building was the rural road.
